Utility Services – Central Division will first research your request to determine if existing fire flow data is available.

Please do not send payment at this time.

• The fee for existing data is $80.00.
• If a new test is required, the fee is $780.00.

We will notify the requestor of our findings and confirm the appropriate fee within 5 business days.

When contacted, please remit payment in the correct amount along with a copy of this request form to:

Flow Test Site Address must be printed on the check stub for reference.

Note: Test results, whether new or existing, will only be provided upon receipt of the required information and applicable fees. New fire flow test results are typically available within two weeks of payment receipt, except during winter months when testing is weather-dependent. No tests will be conducted when temperatures are near freezing. Please note that testing will not be performed on private fire hydrants.
