A basic SDC credit will be granted for the minimum number of fixtures required instructures suitable for occupancy for the following properties (please make a selection)

Information for Additional Fixtures

For properties with more than the basic fixtures listed above (i.e., Residential property with three or more toilets; or a Commercial property with more than 1 toilet and 1 lavatory) a WSSC master plumber must submit an SDC Fixture Credit Permit application and appropriate fees (Minimum Non-Refundable Long Form Permit Charge for residential and commercial properties.

Fill out a WSSC Service Connection/Plumbing/Gasfitting application form and list all fixtures in the structure on the back of the application to obtain a permit number.
Once the permit number is issued, an inspection may be scheduled by calling (301) 206-4004 from 8 am to 1 pm, Monday through Friday. (The fixture credit inspection must be scheduled under “Other – Fixture Count” and “Final”).
Failure to obtain an SDC Fixture Credit Permit inspection prior to the removal of existing fixtures will result in the issuance of Basic Credit Only.
