• Checklist for Applicant-Built Service Connection Requirements

  • Upload one copy of each applicable document to the associated service connection or abandonment permit. Detailed electronic submission instructions are available on the WSSC Water website.

  • Security for Performance and Payment: Upload one form of security for performance and one form of security for payment. Select each form that applies.

  • Outside Meter vaults measuring 2 inches or larger

    Submit a copy of the meter-vault documents and cut sheets for Pipeline Construction Division approval before the pre-construction meeting. Include the hatch and ladder in the submittal.

    When using a WSSC pre-approved meter vault, circle or highlight the selected vault on the WSSC approval letter. OldCastle Pre-Cast, AC Miller, and Gillespie currently have pre-approved shop drawings. Any other manufacturer requires a two-week review by WSSC's Technical Services Department.
